Exchange and return policy

CHANGES

Purchases made on our website can be exchanged for a different size or model within 15 calendar days of receipt. If the model you wish to exchange it for is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for an exchange. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The exchange can be made free of charge at our store at Paseo de la Castellana 176, Madrid.

Certain special promotions may have a different exchange policy.

RETURNS

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@oliviabrutus.com .

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns are accepted for underwear or swimwear products.

Shipping costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer; the merchandise must be sent to Paseo de la Castellana 176, Madrid.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

REFUNDS

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.
